This is a pdf of the scoresheet currently used at all UFO Majors. It includes areas to double the first and second freestyle rounds. Feel free to print it our for your own event, or to have extras.

Older UFO Scoresheet
This is a pdf of the scoresheet previously used at all UFO Majors. It only doubles the first freestyle round. Feel free to print it our for your own event, or to have extras.

This is a pdf of a T&C Master Sheet. This can be used to record the T&C Scores for many teams in one place.

UFO Judge's Worksheet 1
This is a pdf of a judge's freestyle worksheet. This version has 1 line for entering scores. It is useful for 1 round of freestyle

UFO Judge's Worksheet 2
This is a pdf of a judge's freestyle worksheet. This version has 2 lines for entering scores. It is useful for 2 rounds of freestyle, for instance a preliminary round and a second round.

UFO Registration Sheet
This is a pdf of a UFO registration sheet. It collects the necessary info to get someone entered.
It includes the liability waiver. These are small, and 3 to a page.

UFO Score upload template - UFO Local
This is an excel spreadsheet that is ready to fill in with scores from a UFO Local event. Ignore the gray columns. Do not add extra columns to send to the UFO.
Event hosts: please, please, please DO NOT presume what scores you think the UFO needs. SEND THEM ALL. Every score from every round for EVERY division.
That means in Freestyle, not just the total, but the catch ratio and every individual category. That means in T&C, the score of EVERY SINGLE THROW. Not just the total. No one is exempt from these requirements.
